Dispatch & Shipping

 1. Domestic shipping (within India)

  •   We offer free shipping all over India for the prepaid orders
  •   Cash On Delivery is available across most pin codes in India . A nominal COD charge will be applied at check out.
  • Dispatch time: Ready to dispatch products will be dispatched generally in 2-3 working days after placing an order and Pre-booking products will be dispatched as mentioned in the respective product details.
  • Delivery time: The expected shipping - delivery time frame is  7 to 10 working days , it can be 2 to 3 days more in season time and in case of remote delivery destinations. In case of express delivery by air customer has to pay extra shipping charges, a customer can avail this option  by contacting us directly.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped ,you will receive an email or sms with tracking details.

  2. International shipping    

  • Availability: we ship internationally to most counties via trusted logistic partners.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at check out based on delivery location and parcel weight.
  •  Customs & Duties: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
  • Dispatch Time: Ready to dispatch products will be dispatched generally in 2-3 working days after placing an order and Pre-booking products will be dispatched as mentioned in the respective product details.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
  • Currency: All prices on our website are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees). For international transactions, your card provider or bank will convert the amount to your local currency as per their exchange rate.

3. Order Processing & Delays

        Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

        In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

        Made-to-order or customized pieces may take additional time; this will be mentioned in the product description if applicable.

4. Address Accuracy

         Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Aurat Designs will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
