• Unstitched Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time of 5-6 weeks after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
• Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for all domestic orders.
• International Shipping: You can place your order through our website as we accept all the international cards Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of dispatch and will be communicated before dispatch . Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 7-10business days after order dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
• Please note that delivery times are subject to courier partner timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.
